Short Summary: At a carnival-like event in Linkon, Rafayel and MC explore the city together, share playful banter, and discuss their holiday plans, including MC's wish to go ice diving with him.

TIMELINE NOTES:This event is like they’re looking at their own timeline, so it makes sense to place it last, in Devotion. It confirms they’re one year together. Assuming this is the Chinese New Year we’re in end of January by now, which is Winter.

A grand, carnival-like event is taking place in Linkon, filling the atmosphere with excitement. Rafayel is in the center of a park, scanning the crowd as he looks for MC. He approaches her and asks if she has any plans for the holidays. To his surprise, MC responds that she wants to do the Touring In Love with him.

In a playful gesture, MC takes Rafayel’s hands, but he gently grabs her wrist in return, and they share a lighthearted banter. Their interaction is filled with cute exchanges, and MC teasingly suggests ice diving. Rafayel, always quick with his humor, jokes that he’ll be a frozen fishie, and she’ll be an ice sculpture. MC finds his words endearing.

CHAPTER 01

They find themselves in a vibrant marketplace near Whitesand Bay. MC is indulging in purchasing various sea-related items, and Rafayel, with a soft smile, comments, “When you like someone, you can’t help but want stuff related to them.” They share a tender banter and, later, head to the beach to watch the sunset.

As they sit together, Rafayel admires the colors of the sea, and in an almost poetic tone, he compares MC to the sea. He tells her, “You’re the color of a cloud, soft and cute. You’re also the color of seabirds. I can see the hues of freedom when you soar into the sky. Look at that boat. You embody its color too. Despite the rising tide and howling winds in your way, you’ll bravely sail toward your destination.”

MC is taken aback by the beauty of his words. But Rafayel isn’t done. He adds, “I almost forgot, you’re also the color of a flame that can never be extinguished.”

Laying in the sand, they continue their gentle exchange. MC calls Rafayel her little fishie, and in return, she tells him he’s blue like the world after sunset.

This is a reference to more of one moment where they are the beach: Sparkling Traces and Ocean At Night being the first to come to mind.

CHAPTER 02

In Rafayel’s studio, MC sits on a ladder, admiring a piece he’s just completed. The painting is a beautiful duality: one half is an evening sky, while the other captures a tranquil sea. It’s reminiscent of his earlier work from Myths, which MC finds so endearing.

Curious, MC asks him what the painting will be called. Rafayel wants to name it after her, just like he once named a color after her. He reveals that this particular piece won’t be displayed publicly; it’s meant for his private collection. As a personal gesture, he hands her a paintbrush, and she signs her name on the canvas. However, she hides the signature from him, teasing that it’s a spell just for him.

Later, they relax together, content in each other’s company, and Rafayel whispers, “Dusk and Dawn interwoven. MC and Rafayel.” The sentiment is too adorable for words. This is also a reference to the Forgotten Sea Myth, because of the “souls intertwined” thing. This is mentioned in his birthday event as well (Unforgettable Adventure).
