SPECULATIONS ABOUT LORE・STORY PLOT・FINAL DESTINY

• The orb we saw inside the Nest, right before MC was kidnapped, looks exactly like the eye MC sees outside her window.

• The exact same orb in the very last Eye appearance in the sky in Xavier's story branch. The shape there isn't a perfect match like the previous example, but you can still see an identical orb, centered circles, and one dash on the right. I assume it may very well be the same thing.

• When I zoomed in on the orb from the window, the red mist around it kinda looked like dragon skin. 🐉 Okay, it's a stretch — but once you see it, you can't unsee it! 👀

• This eye in the sky could be the Eye of Aether itself. Sylus used it in Land Of Lost to find something on Earth. Since the Metaflux energy fluctuations happened at that time, it could theoretically coincide with the Chronorift Catastrophe. So MC saw it in the sky at the moment Sylus was looking for it? No supporting material yet.

• The mecha orb we see later may be a modified version of the Eye of Aether - perhaps created by Sylus himself, or by Philip of the Odd Workshop. We know he acquired the Eye of Aether in Land of Lost, so he must have it in some form.

• The timing of the orb appearing in the Nest when MC was drugged and kidnapped. There is no proof for my theory, but maybe Sylus used the orb to see where MC is and what happened in the Nest.

• Sylus may have the Eye of Aether in his eye, not just the Aether Core. However, so far in the game's narrative, MC states that he has Aether Core in his eye, so this assumption is unfounded.
